How much should I order for my event?
If sushi rolls will be the only food served, and your intention is to provide a full meal (lunch or dinner) for your guests, it is generally recommended to count 1 roll of (10 pcs) per person.

If your intention is to provide a sushi tasting and have it be part of your appetizers, you should select a size that fits the number of guests.
What if one of my guests has an allergy to a specific ingredient?
It is important to mention if there are any allergies so that we can assist you by providing options to accommodate the special requirements. This can include identifying the rolls that contain allergenic ingredients or preparing the entire order to be suitable for allergic individuals.
Should I pay anything extra when picking up the sushi boat?
Yes, a security deposit of $50 must be made when picking up the boat. This deposit must be in CASH only, as it will be fully refunded the next day when returning the boat. If payment is made by card, the $50 will be processed with taxes, and the refund will be made within 3 business days, with the net amount of $50 without taxes.
Do you offer delivery services?
For catering services such as boats and trays, we do not provide personalized catering delivery. All catering orders must be picked up at our restaurant location at 4725 West Sand Lake Rd Suite 101, at the agreed-upon time when placing the order.
When should I return the boat?
The boat should be returned on the next business day. Returning the boat is as important to us as its preparation, as it is a tool that is used daily and its availability is limited. By helping us with its timely return, you allow us to continue providing a comprehensive and quality service. In the event that it is not returned on the corresponding day, a $10 fee per day of delay will be applied, which will be deducted from the security deposit.

Can we order a boat for eat at the restaurant?
ALL SUSHI ORDERS INTENDED FOR CONSUMPTION IN THE ESTABLISHMENT WILL INCUR AN 18% SERVICE CHARGE FOR GROUPS OF 5 PEOPLE OR MORE.
¿Qué cantidad debería ordenar para mi evento?
Si el bote sería la única comida a servir, y tu intención es proporcionar una comida completa (Almuerzo o cena) para tus invitados, generalmente se cuentan 1 roll de 10 piezas por persona.

Si tu intención es proporcionar una degustacion de sushi, y que sea parte de tus apreitivos, debes seleccionar un tamaño que se ajuste a la cantidad de comensales.
¿Qué pasa si uno de mis comenzales es alérgico a algún ingrediente?
Es importante mencionar si existe algún tipo de alergia, de esat manera podemos ayudarte proporcionando opciones para realizar el barco con los requerimientos especiales, ya sea identificando los rolls que contienen ingredientes alérgicos, o realizando la orden completa apta para personas alérgicas.
¿Debo pagar algo adicional al momento de retirar el bote de sushi?
Si, se debe realizar un depósito de seguridad de $50 al momento de retirar el barco. Este debe ser en EFECTIVO únicamente, ya que es devuelto en su totalidad al día siguiente al momento de retornar el bote. En caso de que el pago sea realizado en tarjeta, los $50 se procesarán con taxes y al momento de realizar la devolución se hará en un periodo de 3 días hábiles, la cantidad de los $50 netos sin impuestos.
¿Ustedes hacen delivery?
Para servicios de Catering como barcos y bandejas no contamos con servicio de catering personalizado. Todas las órdenes de catering deben ser retiradas en nuestra locación restaurante (4725 West Sand Lake Rd, Suite 101, Orlando FL) en el horario acordado al momento de agendarse el pedido.
¿Cuando debo devolver el bote?
El bote debe ser devuelto al siguiente día hábil. La devolución del bote es tan importante para nosotros como la elaboración del mismo. Es una herramienta que es utilizada a diario, y su disponibilidad es limitada. Al ayudarnos nos permites seguir proporcionando un servicio íntegro y de calidad. En caso de no ser devuelto en el día corresoondiente se aplicará un cargo de $10 por cada día de retraso, el cual será descontado del depósito de seguridad.
